Grain Products Dealer License Fee and/or License Renewal Fee Payments

  • Every grain dealer proposing to transact business within the Commonwealth shall annually on or before January 1, file a written application for a license or for the renewal of a license with the Commissioner. While we require registrants to complete and mail in, or email, the official Grain Products Dealer Application, you now have the following payment options.

    If you are a new Grain Products Dealer, you will need to obtain your Permit Number from VDACS prior to submitting your payment. Please contact the Grain Compliance Officer as follows to request your permit number
