time by clicking one of the buttons below, please read the text carefully. If you do not select the correct link, your new data may not
be linked to your historical records, which may result in delays processing your request.
If you have received a renewal letter for your pesticide business license
If you received a letter to renew your pesticide business license, it would have included a token to connect to your existing
pesticide business licence form. You will need to enter this token before you create your login account to ensure your login account is
associated with your existing records, then create a new licensing form which will be linked to your historical records. Once you have
located your token, click the button below to proceed to the token entry page.
If you do not have a record access token, but did have a licensed business in 2022 with the Office of Pesticide Services
If you licensed your business in 2022 but do not have your license renewal letter, you will need to contact the Office of Pesticide Services
to receive your record access token. Contact the Office of Pesticide Services by email at opsclrt.vdacs@vdacs.virginia.gov.
Once you have received your token, use the button below to proceed to the token entry page.
If you have never previously licensed your business
If you have never licensed your business with the Office of Pesticide services, and therefore do not have any previous records you need to access,
you can proceed directly to creating a new login account and filling out blank forms.
To create a new login account with no historical records, click the button below.
If you have previously created your login account and already entered your token
If you have already done the steps above, entered your token, and created your login account and you wish to log back in to your Pesticide Services
Online Registration account, click the link below to go directly to the login page.
If you have forgotten your password
If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, click the link below to go directly to the password reset page.
If the last time you licensed your business was prior to 2021, contact the Office of Pesticide Services at
opsclrt.vdacs@vdacs.virginia.gov for assistance.
